Thanks for sending me the cost breakdown for my house at 16 Trumbull Street. It's very helpful.

I also wanted you to know in writing how pleased I was with your work and crew. Having heard a number of horror stories from friends who have renovated old houses, I was prepared for a few of my own. But happily, that was not the case. You completed the work on time and the quality of work is excellent.

So, thank you so much for turning the rather plain house into a thing of beauty. The whole neighborhood is grateful, as I am.
