The project can now be introduced to the Production Team, which is mobilized to prepare for construction. A pre-construction checklist is completed to be sure any concerns of the clients are met, i.e. parking, dumpster, landscaping protection, dust, etc. Subcontractors and suppliers are notified. A Pre-Construction meeting will take place at the project site; those to be included in such meeting include Sales, Lead Carpenter, Subcontractors and clients. The site will be prepared for commencement.
