Design Contract and Budget
The existing conditions and conceptual plan is developed in Chief Architect. The preliminary budget is revised and desired products are addressed. At this stage key subcontractors are consulted for input on the preliminary design, as needed. Clients will also gain possession of the Product Selection Manual, which is a comprehensive outline of the products the client will need to select. Clients use this valuable book to select products for the project, from plumbing fixtures to flooring and counter surfaces.

Meet with engineer as needed to discuss structural details
Finalize Preliminary Plans
Revise budget as needed
Prepare Product Selection Manual
