DeCiantis Construction

In this first phase of a project, three significant meetings take place during which DeCiantis Construction addresses the client's needs, wants and wishes and the project specifications (scope) of work to attain their goals. A site evaluation is completed. It is discussed with the client our design capabilities and the feasibility of their project. From these initial meetings a solid communication system is established between client and DeCiantis Construction. With this system in place, it helps us achieve our goal of seamless delivery of a job well done. It is key to enable the appropriate individuals to have access to the pertinent information. The Conceptual Plan, Preliminary Project Specifications (Scope) and the first preliminary budget are prepared.

Prepare Preliminary Project Specifications (Scope)
Outline Product Selections
Prepare Preliminary Budget (Guesstimate) (usually within 20%)
Advise client of Preliminary Budget
